Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts as per their policy. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
