Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, invoices, and certificates (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, customized jewellery, personalized products, gift cards, and items purchased during special clearance or final sale offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged based on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product or request a refund, where applicable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Kumkum Jewels will bear the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
